Union Bank holds 40th board meeting

The 40th board meeting of the newly-formed board of the directors of Union Bank PLC was held at its head office in the city on Monday. Chairman of the bank Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chairman of Risk Management Committee Md Humayun Kabir, Independent Directors Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid and Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director & CEO Mohd. Humayun Kabir, Deputy Managing Directors Shafiuddin Ahmed and Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting.
