Union Bank Ltd donates Tk 10m to PM's relief fund

Union Bank Limited, a new generation private commercial bank, has donated Tk 10 million (Tk 1.0 crore) to the Prime Minister's Relief and Welfare Fund as a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Chairman of the bank Shahidul Alam handed over the cheque for the money to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganobhaban in the capital recently, says a statement.
Omar Farooque, Managing Director of the bank, was also present on the occasion.
