UNION CAPITAL HOLDS ITS 28TH AGM

The 28th annual general meeting (AGM) of Union Capital was held on Wednesday at Gulshan Shooting Club, Gulshan-1, Dhaka through hybrid platform. Dr. Qazi Moinuddin Mahmud, chairman & independent director of Union Capital, presided over the meeting. Mohammad Anwarul Hoque, Mohammad Eklas Uddin, Parimal Chandra Chakraborty and Barrister Mohammad Mashiur Rahman -- independent directors, participated in the AGM. Among others, the administrator appointed by Bangladesh Bank Md. Ferdaush Hossain in the capacity of managing director & CEO; Md. Abdul Hannan, company secretary; representative of auditor Arun & Company and scrutinising institute Suraiya Parveen & Associates, officials of Union Capital and shareholders also participated in the said AGM.
