Union Capital Limited holds 26th AGM

The 26th Annual General Meeting of Union Capital Limited was held on Monday at Gulshan Shooting Club, Gulshan-1, Dhaka through hybrid (physicals presence and virtual) mode. Chairman and Independent Director of Union Capital Limited Munshi Shafiul Haque presided over the meeting. Among Directors Waqar A. Choudhury, Nadeem A. Chaudhury, Independent Director nominated by Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) Associate Professor of Management Studies Department of Dhaka University Dr. Qazi Moinuddin Mahmud and Managing Director & CEO (current charge) A.N.M. Golam Shabbir participated in the AGM.
