Union Capital signs finance deal with Western Marine

A finance agreement was signed between Union Capital Ltd and Western Marine Shipyard Ltd at a hotel in Chittagong recently, said a press release.
Union Capital Ltd Managing Director and CEO Saifuddin, Western Marine Shipyard Ltd Managing Director Md Sakhawat Hossain and high officials of the two companies attended the agreement signing ceremony.
Under the agreement, Union Capital Ltd will provide financial assistance to Western Marine Shipyard Ltd for the sake of business expansion.
