United Air board recommends 10pc stock dividend

The board of directors of United Air has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014. The date and venue of the annual general meeting (AGM) will be informed later. The record date is 20.10.2014. The company has also reported EPS of Tk 1.02, NAV per share of Tk 12.05 and NOCFPS of Tk 1.91 for the year ended on June 30, 2014, according to DSE website.
