United Air to issue rights

The board of directors of United Air Ltd has decided to raise capital through issuing rights shares at 1R:1 of Tk 10 each at an issue price of Tk 20 (including a premium of Tk 10 each) subject to the approval of the shareholders in a general meeting and consent of the SEC. The date of EGM is April 24 at 10:00am at Polwel Convention Centre, Plot- 9/B, Sector 8, Uttara, Dhaka-1230. The record date for EGM is March 30. The record date for the entitlement of the proposed right share will be notified later after obtaining approval from SEC.
