United Finance holds 231st board meeting

United Finance PLC held the 231st meeting of its Board of Directors at the company's Head Office in Dhaka on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Najmul Hasan, Chairman of the Board, and attended by all members of the Board of Directors. Key agenda discussed during the meeting included the adoption of the Annual Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the recommendation of dividends for shareholders.
