United Ins chairman family expresses gratitude

The family members of Late M. Moyeedul Islam, Chairman of United Insurance Co. Limited, acknowledged with deep gratitude the support and cooperation extended to them during his treatment. "We are grateful to the most respected doctors, the administration and the staff of the BIRDEM Hospital and also to Prof. Dr. A.K. Azad, the president of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh and CEO of the BIRDEM for their cordial services to us," a statement signed by  Rabeya Islam, wife and Dr. Asif Moyeed, son of  late M. Moyeedul Islam said Wednesday. He was pioneer in the establishment of the Bangladesh Insurance Association and headed the same as its Founder President. Besides he had been associated with a large number of social and professional bodies and made enormous contributions in social and economic progress of the country.
