United Insurance Company Limited has earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 10.53 million (1.053 crore) in the first half of this year compared to Tk 11.92 million during the corresponding period of the last year.
This was disclosed at the company's 149th board meeting, held in the city Tuesday.
