United Leasing approves cash dividend, bonus share

United Leasing Company Limited (ULCL) approved 20 per cent cash dividend with one bonus share for every seven shares for its shareholders for the year 2008.
The approval came at the 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in the city Thursday, said a press release.
ULCL Chairman Imran Ahmed presided over the AGM.
The company earned an after-tax profit of Tk 153 million in 2008.
