The 21st annual general meeting of United Leasing Co Ltd was held at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city recently.
The company earned an after-tax profit of Tk 162.13 million in 2009 (Jan-Dec).
The meeting approved one bonus share for each share and cash dividend of Tk 7.50 per share for the year 2009.
Imran Ahmed, chairman of the company, presided over the proceeding.
