United Leasing to increase authorised capital

The board of directors of United Leasing has taken the following decisions subject to approval in the sixth EGM and regulatory authorities: (1) to increase authorised capital of the company from Tk 1.0 billion to Tk 3.0 billion and (2) to change the denomination of shares from Tk 100.00 to Tk 10.00 each and to determine market lot from 20 to 200 shares. The EGM of the company will be held on November 24, 2011 at 10:00am at Trust Milonayaton, 545, Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206. The record date for EGM is October 25, 2011.
