Upgradation of telephone nos from Monday

Some 7,000 seven-digit land phone numbers, beginning with '835' and '836', under the Moghbazar telephone exchange will be upgraded to eight-digit ones.
According to a Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Ltd (BTCL) press statement, the transformation work will start from Monday next.
The new numbers will begin with 58310001 in place of 8350001.
The upgraded new numbers and old numbers will be available on the BTCL website.
The BTCL authority has apologised for any inconvenience caused during the upgradation process.
