Uphold good image of AL: Ashraf

General Secretary of ruling Awami League (AL) Syed Ashraful Islam on Saturday asked members of the party to refrain from doing anything that may hurt its image. “Let’s not do anything that tarnishes the image of the party and weaken the organisational strength,” he said. Syed Ashraful, also the LGRD Minister, was speaking at a discussion organised by Awami League at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) to mark the 39th martyrdom of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, according to a news agency.
