Urs of Hazrat Shahjalal ends

SYLHET, Oct 19 (UNB): The 692nd annual Urs of Hazrat Shahjalal ® that began on Monday night ended on Wednesday early morning with akheri munajat and food distribution after Fazr prayers on the mazar premises in Sylhet.
Thousands of devotees including political leaders and activists from different parts of the country joined the munajat.
The two-day programme started formally through placing of gilap (decorated piece of cloth) on the grave of Hazrat Shahjalal ® Tuesday morning.
