US embassy closed on Sunday

The Embassy of the United States of America will remain shut on Sunday on the occasion of America’s Labour Day. A press release, issued today by the US embassy in Dhaka, said the embassy’s consular section, Archer K Blood American Center Library as well as student advising center will remain closed on the US national day. However, on Sunday emergency services will be provided to the American citizens. They can dial 885-5500 for the service, the press release said.
