US embassy to remain closed on Oct 5, 6

The US Embassy in Dhaka, including its consular section, will remain closed on Sunday and Monday on the occasion of Holy Eid-ul-Azha. The American Center with the Archer K. Blood American Center Library and the Education USA Student Advising Center will also remain closed. However, emergency services for the American citizens will be available (call 885-5500), said a US Embassy press release on Thursday.
