US prisoner in Myanmar released

The office of US Senator Jim Webb said he has won the release of an American prisoner in Myanmar, reports AP.
A statement Saturday said John Yettaw will be officially deported on Sunday afternoon when he will travel with Webb to Bangkok.
Yettaw was convicted Tuesday of helping democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi to violate the terms of her house arrest.
