US stocks: Futures surge after Greece reaches rescue deal

US stock index futures rose on Monday after euro zone leaders reached an agreement with Greece to move forward with a third bailout loan for the country to avert bankruptcy. Futures snapshot at 7:02 am ET: S&P 500 e-minis were up 13.5 points, or 0.65 per cent, with 267,534 contracts traded. Nasdaq 100 e-minis were up 36 points, or 0.82 per cent, on volume of 37,344 contracts. Dow e-minis were up 118 points, or 0.67 percent, with 42,320 contracts changing hands, according to Reuters.
