Officials of World Chambers Network said local companies could enhance their business activities through an effective electronic networking.
South Asia Cluster Project, an official global portal of chambers of commerce, partly funded by the European Union with the support of the World Chambers Network, promotes international trade through e-commerce.
Georges Fischer, a director of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris said the web portal certifies genuine entrepreneurs and their products to avert any deception.
He was addressing the local business leaders at the FBCCI in the city Monday. FBCCI first vice president Abul Kasem Ahmed presided over the meeting.
