UTTARA BANK HOLDS 43RD AGM

Uttara Bank PLC declared a 30% dividend (25% stock and 5% cash) for the year 2025 and approved the Annual Report-2025 along with the profit and loss account at its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on a digital platform on Monday. The AGM was presided over by Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Md. Abul Hashem, Managing Director & CEO, and other directors attended the meeting.
