Uttara Bank, Nagad sign agreement to accelerate digital financial services

Uttara Bank PLC and Nagad have signed an agreement to enhance digital financial services and improve customer convenience through stronger collaboration between banking and mobile financial sectors. An account holder can transfer money from Uttara Bank account to Nagad using the mobile banking app of Uttara Bank. The signing ceremony was held at Uttara Bank's head office in Dhaka on Monday. Bank Managing Director & CEO Md. Abul Hashem and Nagad Administrator Md. Motasem Billah along with high-ranking executives from both organisations were present at the event.
