Uttara Finance board meeting

The 154th meeting of the board of directors of Uttara Finance and Investments Limited was held at the board room of the company in Dhaka recently, said a statement.
Rashidul Hasan, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
The meeting approved business proposals of the company for the last quarter of 2022. The board also put emphasis on completing the annual accounts and balance sheet for the previous year.
Matiar Rahman, Vice Chairman of the company, and other directors and high officials were also present in the meeting.
