Uttara Motors begins Bajaj Motorcycle Mileage Challenge
Wednesday, 29 April 2026
Uttara Motors Limited has begun nationwide Bajaj Motorcycle Mileage Challenge programme.
The primary objective of this initiative is to conduct a clear and practical test to determine how many kilometers Bajaj motorcycles can travel per liter of octane, and to demonstrate that Bajaj offers superior mileage compared to other motorcycles operating in Bangladesh, says a press release.
In addition to the competition, participants are provided with training on safe riding practices, the importance of holding a valid driving license, and awareness of traffic signs. The programme also offers practical guidance on proper motorcycle maintenance to achieve optimal fuel efficiency. Notably, Uttara Motors pioneered this type of mileage challenge in Bangladesh back in 2011.

On April 25, a mileage challenge competition featuring the Bajaj Platina 100cc motorcycle was held at Polashbari Parashmoni High School playground in Nilphamari. A total of 98 registered motorcycle owners participated in the event. Among them, Md. Omar Faruk, Md. Hasinur, and Md. Bulu Hossain from Nilphamari Sadar secured first, second, and third positions, achieving impressive mileage figures of 115 km, 112.91 km, and 111.60 km per liter respectively with their Platina 100cc motorcycles.
It is worth mentioning that amid the country's growing fuel crisis, fuel-efficient motorcycles like Bajaj have already gained significant popularity among users. Time and again, Bajaj motorcycles have proven to be the best in mileage and a symbol of reliability.
