Uttara Motors rolls out new ISUZU Super trucks

Uttara Motors, the sole importer, manufacturer, and distributor of SML ISUZU commercial vehicles in Bangladesh, introduced two new models of truck -- SML ISUZU GS Super 14 and GS Super 17 -- for the local market.
The SML Isuzu GS Super truck was officially unveiled at Uttara Motors Display Centre at Tejgaon in Dhaka on Sunday. Matiur Rahman, Chairman and Managing Director of Uttara Motors, and Mashfiqur Rahman, Planning & Development Engineer, jointly inaugurated the truck, says a statement.
Brig Gen Mohammad Yusuf, COO of SML Division, along with senior officials of Uttara Motors, customers, officials of various corporate houses and dealers of SML Isuzu were present on the occasion.
The truck features powerful & fuel efficient 101 horse power diesel engine, 315 Nm torque, manual transmission, power steering and full air brake. It has two cargo body option of 14 feet and 17.2 feet and two payload option of 3,502 kg and 3,100 kg.
The chairman and managing director of Uttara Motors also handed over the keys of GS Super 14 and GS Super 17 trucks to the buyers present.
