Uttara, Seylan banks sign remittance deal

Uttara Bank Ltd and Seylan Bank Ltd of Sri Lanka have signed a remittance agreement in the city recently, said a press release.
Shaikh Abdul Aziz, deputy managing director (DMD) of Uttara Bank Ltd, and Ajita Pasqual, chief executive officer (CEO) of Seylan Bank Ltd, signed the deal on behalf of their respective organisations.
Managing Director and CEO Shamsuddin Ahmed, Additional Managing Director Md Abdus Sattar and General Manager Md Nazmul Huq of Uttara Bank Ltd, and Deputy Chairman Hiran D Silva and Country Head Iftikhar Ali Khan of Seylan Bank were also present at the signing ceremony.
