Van kills biker in city

A motorbiker was killed, as a covered van hit his vehicle on Sultana Kamal Bridge in the capital's Demra area on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Saddam Hossain (33), son of Abdul Latif.
The accident happened at around 10:00 am.
After the incident, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) in a critical condition, where the attending doctors declared him dead.
Saddam Hossain lived in Masar area under Rupgaanj upazila of Narayanganj. He worked at a private company.
