Vice Chancellor of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur Prof Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah and president of American Institute of Bangladesh Studies (AIBS) Prof Dr Golam Matbar sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective organisation at a programme at the liaison office of BRUR in the capital on Wednesday.
