Viquarunnissa School emerge champions

Viquarunnissa Noon School emerged girls' group champions in the Meizan Baishakhi Kabaddi Festival 1418 beating JB Memorial Academy by 82-29 points with five creditable 'lona' in the final at the Kabaddi Stadium in the city Friday, reports UNB. Newal Lia of Viquarunnissa Noon School was adjudged the best player of the match. In the boys' group, Maniknagar Model High School emerged champions defeating Shaheed Nabi High School by 76-48 points with four 'lona' in the final at the same venue. Shafiqul Islam of Maniknagar Model High School was adjudged the best player of the match.
