Voters ID card eliminates poll rigging: Sakhawat

RAJSHAHI, Dec 25 (BSS): Election Commissioner Brig Gen (retd) Sakhawat Hossain has said vote rigging has been removed with the introduction of Voters' Identification Card. In the country, he said successful polling was held one after another during the tenure of the present commission. He made this observation while unfolding the name plaque of the newly-built Bagha Upazila Server Station in the district this morning as the chief guest. The station building has been built at a cost of Tk 2.8 million.
