Walton, a leading electric, electronic and automobile brand, has announced a 10 per cent discount on all types of generators.
The special offer announced against the backdrop of cyclone damage of the electricity supply network across the south and southwestern region of' the country, will continue until December 20.
Buyers can avail themselves of the special discount offer at any of' the around 400 Walton outlets across the country. The company management issued a directive to all its dealers arid distributors in this connection at a function recently.
Walton is presently marketing automatic petrol generator, self-start diesel generator and automatic industrial generator, whose capacity range from 800 watt to 1000 KVA and prices from Tk 8,000 to Tk 15 million (1.5 crore).
Deputy Director of the company Emdadul Haque Sarker said Walton industrial generators rnade with American Parkins engine and British Stamford Alternator have automatic transfer system and charge-over.
He said the eco-friendly Walton generators, which create only 60 decibel sound against 72 decibel by ordinary generators, are suitable for use in dwelling houses, hospitals, educational institutions, and industries.
