Now the consumers across the country can instantly know all the information of the Walton products, like product quality, service facilities, dealers address etc, from their mobile through SMS.
RB Group (RBG) Director SM Ashraful Alam inaugurated the new programme at the company's head office recently. On the occasion he said, among the existing electronics companies of Bangladesh, RBG has introduced the facility for the first time.
RBG Media Adviser Mizanur Rahman said, now the consumers can get the information of the Walton products within moments from any place of the country, and the new marketing policy is very dynamic.
To know the information like Walton's address, website etc, the consumers need to go to the message option in their mobile sets, write Walton, and send to 7464 from Grameenphone, and to 7890 from Aktel, Banglalink and Citycell.
