Waqar A Choudhury has recently been appointed the Managing Director and CEO of Green Delta Financial Services Ltd. (GDFSL), a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Co. Ltd.
GDFSL presently having the brokerage operation, targets to become a full service brokerage house providing state-of-the art client services for the capital market. GDFSL has recently gone for a strategic alliance with LR Global Bangladesh Asset Management Co. Ltd.
Waqar Choudhury, as the Managing Director and CEO of the company will primarily look after the company's operation in the capital market. He has been associated with the capital market of the country for quite long time and also a member of the Finance Committee of Dhaka Stock Exchange. As a part of the involvement Waqar Choudhury has attended various international seminars, trainings and workshops.
