Warid network now covers 43 districts

Warid Telecom has expanded its network to eight more districts, making its footprints in total 43 districts, and covering two third areas of the country.
Bhola, Jhenaidah, Kushtia, Meherpur, Pabna, Patuakhali, Shariatpur and Tangail districts are now under Warid network. The company also covers all major highways.
The introducer of next generation network (NGN) technology in the country, Warid's primary objective in the market is to ensure highest level of telecommunications service and customer care. Expansion of its network guarantees uninterrupted connectivity and absolute voice clarity, said a press release.
Warid CEO Muneer Farooqui said, "We are establishing the most modern network, and expanding it across the country in the fastest possible time. As part of its commitment to reach all the areas of the country including the remotest areas by this year, the company has brought eight more districts under its network."
Warid has emerged as a standard-setter in the industry through introduction of NGN technology, 20 FnF, one-second pulse for the pre-paid subscribers, and payment of licence fees etc.
The company has achieved one million active subscribers in just 70 days of operations.
