Warid starts news service with three TV channels

Warid Telecom in cooperation with the country's three satellite television (TV) channels has launched a value added service to provide news services to its subscribers.
Under the new service, both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers of Warid Telecom will be able to listen the latest news of ATN Bangla, Banglavision and Channel-i by dialling 2010, 1616 and 2626 respectively.
In this connection, an agreement was signed between the four organisations in the city recently, said a press release.
The management of Warid Telecom expressed the hope that the valued customers would be enjoy the service as they would able to get the latest and breaking news from any part of the country just dialling the designated short codes of the respective television channels.
