WB President arrives Nov 3

World Bank president Robert Zoellick will visit Bangladesh during the first week of November, government and WB officials said. "He [Zoellick] will come here on November 3 on a two-day visit," Shaheedul Haque, additional secretary at the Economic Relations Division. Zoellick will visit Dhaka as part of a regional trip, including India and Pakistan. The WB president is scheduled to meet with the Chief Adviser and Finance Adviser, though the programme for the visit is yet to be finalised, Haque said. — bdnews24.com
