WC victory rally in Khulna brought out

KHULNA, Mar 10 (BSS): Hundreds of leaders, activists and supporters of Awami League (AL) -led 14 -party alliance brought out a victory procession here Tuesday to win against England in the ICC World Cup 2015.
Most of the activists and supporters put on red and green dress, flags in hands, chanted slogans "Bangladesh, Bangladesh" and "Joy Bangla, Joy Bangabondhu" and "Sheikh Hasina go ahead, we are with you", on the city's streets thoroughfares.
The victory procession paraded city's important streets and ended at the party office led by lawmaker Mizanur Rahman Mizan. Sadar Thana unit AL also brought out separate victory procession in the city led by its president Advocate Saiful Islam.
Later, a rally was held in front of the party office with AL General Secretary Mizanur Rahman in the chair.
The 14-party leaders said, "We are so excited that Bangladesh reached the quarterfinals for the first time. Bangladesh really played well. We express the hope that Bangladesh will continue its winning spree in the next matches
