There is too much of load shedding now-a-days. At times, the electricity goes off four to five times within an hour. But the electricity bills keep rising.
We often go to office using public transport waiting in a queue for a long time, and then remain standing on board in a crammed bus that takes two to three hours for a distance of hardly a drive of 30 minutes.
CNG-run auto-rickshaw and cab are hardly found and if it is found, the driver demands a charge beyond anybody's reach.
The essential goods prices are sky rocketing and the law and order situation has deteriorated dramatically.
The recent activities of Chatra League and AL hoodlums all over the country reveal those days of AL regime and the last year of BNP tenure, led by Khaleda Zia.
The power load-shedding should be equally distributed to cabinet members, members of parliament and government high officials and these citizens should not get the privilege of avoiding traffic jams that cause sufferings to general public. We are all equal as guaranteed by the constitution of Bangladesh.
