Rain/thunder shower with intense lightning flashes accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, at one or two places over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions until 6:00pm today (Tuesday), according to Met office.
Mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Rajshahi and Pabna and it may continue.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 37.5 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and minimum was 19.3 Celsius in Sylhet.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.3 degrees.
