Light to moderate rain/thunder showers with intense lightning flashes and temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Monday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna and Barishal divisions.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius at Rajshahi and minimum was 22.5 degrees Celsius at Sylhet.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.9 degrees Celsius on Sunday and the lowest was 27.7 degrees.
