Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Barishal divisions.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country. Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius on Monday and the lowest was 27.5 degrees.
