Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions; at many places over Rajshahi, Dhaka and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions until 6:00pm today (Thursday), according to Met office.
Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall slightly over the country. The country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 35.0 degrees Celsius in Khulna and minimum was 23.2 Celsius in Dimla of Rangpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.3 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 28.5 degrees.
