Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Friday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur many places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country
The country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 36.0 degrees Celsius at Chuadanga and the minimum was 22.5 degrees Celsius in Sylhet.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius on Thursday and the lowest was 27.5 degrees.
The sun sets in the city today (Friday) at 06:48pm and rises tomorrow (Saturday) at 5:11am.
