Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Thursday), according to the Met Office.
Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Jashore and the minimum was 24.1 degrees Celsius in Dimla.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and the lowest was 28.2 degrees.
