Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 33.8 degrees Celsius in Ishurdi and the minimum was 24.0 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and the lowest was 27.0 degrees.
