Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at many places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with heavy to heavy falls.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Mongla and the minimum was 23.5 degrees Celsius in Netrokona.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius on Monday and the lowest was 26.9 degrees.
