Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Monday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at a few places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with heavy to heavy falls over the country.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius in Cumilla and the minimum was 25.0 degrees Celsius in Rangpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.0 degrees Celsius on Sunday and the lowest was 27.3 degrees.
