Light to moderate rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flash is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Thursday), according to the Met Office.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Wednesday was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur while the lowest temperature at 24.5 degrees at Rajarhat.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.0 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and the lowest was 27.3 degrees.
