Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.
The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 37 degrees Celsius in Mongla of Khulna while the lowest temperature at 21.8 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur of Rangpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.1 degrees.
